It’s time to feed your hunger and curiosity for alternative music and art with a new media digital art project! As you probably know, for the past five years, every Friday, we invite you to listen to a new episode of feeder sound podcasts. This summer, we expand the multidisciplinary dimension of the project, adding a visual component. Each feeder sound LIVE stream video will be a new and completely different experience. You can explore the universe of two artists from various fields, working side by side and complementing each other’s work.
Once a month, starting Wednesday 24th of July and ending Saturday 19th of October 2019, you can connect with your favourite artists and be part of the feeder.ro story.
Livi Po (live painting)
Livi Po does lettering, calligraphy & loves painting murals. Her mural artwork in the second edition of the Un-hidden Bucharest project reminded us to smile, while her unicorn at Street Delivery 2019 commands us to “turn what you have into heaven”. Livi Po now joins the feeder sound project to paint a 150x200cm canvas. Read our Un-hidden Bucharest interview with Livi Po, a conversation about mental freedom, the possibilities of collaboration within the community, Romanian street art and ideas about life.
OANA (dj set)
Oana is a Romanian DJ and producer who lives and works in Bucharest. She started her artistic career in 2006 in the Netherlands and continued to play and travel to Germany, Finland, India and throughout Romania. In 2016, Oana joined us for the feeder insider exhibition at Kube, and took part in the Capitol heritage awareness campaign, playing music on the Constantin Mille street. Read the extended feeder insider interview with OANA to find out more about her life, connections, her unique voyage and her label, titled Ariki Records. The interview includes the feeder sound 70 mixed by Oana which is an experimental foray featuring harmonic frequencies alongside the melody that announces the celebration of a new moon.
