feeder sound 24 mixed by Suciu [Pressure Traxx]
Back in 2015, Andrei Suciu released “Reacțiiletale EP” Part 1 and Part 2 on vinyl with Einzelkind and Frost’s well-known record label Pressure Traxx marking the next step in his career, which started around 2006 with him organising electronic music events in his hometown of Râmnicu Vâlcea. Sharing the decks and spreading the good vibes with friends and artists like Jay Bliss, Praslea, Negru, Cezar and Raresh made him focus on developing a unique sound which, in time, became one of the best to be delivered by the Romanian scene.
His productions and selections maintain a delicate and immersive balance somewhere between house and techno music while being infused with deep atmospheres and complex patterns. He collaborated with imprints like La Clap, Double R, Substantia Nigra, Body Parts, Tooloop, Altiorem and Contur, where he published “Sticlic EP” alongside Emi as Ritmico. Nowadays, he enjoys travelling and performing, having a loaded schedule with gigs set from Romania to Germany, Israel, Belgium, France, The United Kingdom and as far as Japan.
Suciu creates an individual experience for everyone, every time, and we know this because we had the chance to hear and dance on his music many times, including at our feeder x misbits, vinyl session and live painting event in May 2015. Next week he’ll be present at the Summer Edition of the Sunwaves Festival SW26 ready to delight the crowd, so be sure to be around when he plays.
feeder sound 24 mixed by Suciu kicks in with swirling effects and eerie voices that slowly build up into the first track which provides mesmerising organic atmospheres for the start of the journey. The next tracks elegantly set the pace of the set. Balanced by immersive minimal grooves and deep tech rhythms, the recording flows on a bouncy note for one hour and twenty minutes. Enjoy!
