Otaku (おたく/オタク) is a Japanese term for people with obsessive interests, and as you probably see, this is the case with Otaku Records. With its first release in 2017, by Romanian artist Vid, followed by another 3 EPs signed by Triptil, Mihai Pol and Dragosh, Otaku Records lays the foundation to what could be one of the best collaborations between the Romanian and Italian techno scenes.

Mario Meneghini & Domenico “Dome” Savio, the owners of the Otaku Records and the artists behind the Laboratori OTK, are the usual guests on feeder.ro, as we reviewed the label’s whole discography and they presented their musical productions and their DJ skills in the feeder sound episode 146.

We were happy to see that Valsul Muzelor, the magic track made by Bucurie, one of the highlights at this year edition of Sunwaves, is mastered at Laboratori Otaku and is going to be pressed soon.
