Alex Draghici and Nicolae Teodorescu aka Unisson return to their digital playground on Bandcamp with “Play Attention EP“, dropping three fresh tracks perfect for the dancefloor. The release marks the 11th entry in their digital adventures pack and smoothly complements the vinyl discography brought forward via UNS Records, Raw Crafted Wax, Storytellers, miNIMMAl movement, Mulen and, of course, our own feeder sound, as the duo signed the latest and fifth material in the series titled “Neverending Story EP“.

They were also our guests for the online vernissage of the Street Art Bucharest exhibition in 2021 alongside SANDi delivering a 2h live performance that mixed live painting with the duo’s own productions. Recently, Alex and Nicolae released a new record on their label titled “Freeler EP” in collaboration with Funk E and Ogeid and had a blast playing on the breezy shores of the Black Sea at Molotov Club in Vama Veche alongside Funk E.

Closing the EP, “Sea Through” is definitely a dancefloor tool that will bring extra colour to any party. Designed with twisted basslines and bass stabs in focus, the track slowly builds tension as the punchy rhythm, wobbling synths and peculiar background textures create a mysterious and swinging sonic affair.

The other two tracks are equally mesmerising with the title track “Play Attention” going for a low-slung sound defined by sturdy broken beats, eerie chords and immersive effects while “Supermood” lays out a deep and dynamic journey best fitted for late-night selections.
