After a short break, the Parisian venture Visage LTD returns with label head Phoq at the controls dropping two fresh cuts alongside Denis Kaznacheev on remix duties. Titled “Narration Attraction”, the EP delivers a groovy minimal sound and already enjoys support from artists like Crihan, Silat Beksi, Costin Rp, Zenk and Nils Weimann while it also marks the artist’s first release on his own imprint. The previous materials in the catalogue are signed by Moratu, Vid and Dragusanu.

The French DJ and producer is well known for his activity in the underground scene for quite some time now, having numerous parties and releases under his belt. Among the labels he worked with so far, we find Stamp Records, Lescale Recordings, What Now Becomes, Never Is Eternal, Wowie Music, Tzinah, Razom, Celo Rec, Inwave, Baile Musik and Conceptual, to name just a few. Phoq also participated in our open call for DJs and producers back in 2019 with a track that we invite you to enjoy here.

The record opens with the swinging rhythm of “Aout” laying out a hypnotic groove smoothly complemented by a deep driving bassline, tribal background textures and an organic flow that extends to 9 minutes. On the flip side, the remix from Denis Kaznacheev delivers a really classical microhouse version of A1, reminding us of sounds from Akufen or Cabanne. A true banger designed for the dancefloor. Our featured title track “Narration Attraction” closes the material with a melodic vibe, infused with trippy piano notes and percussive patterns, as well as an evolving atmosphere.
