The Hanover based label Malonian welcomes Dragos Gabriel Dumitru a.k.a. Cally to their family with the release of “Kaldaer EP“. Born in Craiova, Romania and now living in London, UK, Cally’s production can be heard on labels like Only300, Fear of Flying, Brouqade, Rora, Fizical, Strictly Chosen, Soulsity, The Rabbit Hole, Inwave and Mulen.

Delivering 3 original tracks on this EP and signing remixes for Sebastian Eric or Disuasiv while being played by Raresh, Petre Inspirescu, Rhadoo, Praslea, Dan Andrei, Sedee and Fabe, we can say that Cally is on the rise and we can expect only quality works from him in the future.

Side A features the title track, “Kaldaer“, a heavy rotating rhythm, with punchy percussion and a very strong low bassline. This tech monster is cooled by the breezy nature of Side B, with the vaporous “Cutie” and the summer-ish groove of “Shiftherise“.
