After a trip to Leeds last week, this Friday we return to Romania and to the Bucharest underground scene to be more precise. Breeding many young talents, the scene has seen the growth in recent years of a few new names and one of them is Andrei Ciubuc. You surely heard his release at Nu Zau and Sepp‘s Uvar in 2015 with don’t know why being heavily played all over the place, as seen in Dubtil‘s blissful after hours set at Sunwaves 19. This was followed by Just / Self EP at Anakronik with Just being the perfect warm-up track.

Prepare to go deep into the world of micro house, minimal and techno with Ciubuc‘s set being a journey that has many twists and turns. You will hear some strong bass lines, a few lovely chords, hi-hats and the recurring idiosyncratic sounds that will immediately create a feeling of a dark room in an underground club in Bucharest. A full weekend of parties is ahead in the Romanian capital and this is a splendid warm-up. Hit play and enjoy.
