feeder sound 424 mixed by Fat Dubs
Hey dear feeders! It‘s time to switch to weekend mode with a new episode of feeder sound mixed by Spanish artist Fat Dubs, who invites you for a weird, ambient and dubby session.
With a background rooted in Sound System Culture and a penchant for heavy dubs and steppas that resonate through the chest, Fat Dubs delves into the realms of club culture and its musical intricacies. Enthralled by deep basslines and infectious grooves, Fat Dubs has embarked on a journey through the Rominimal movement, establishing a presence in Spain’s vibrant music scene. From performances in Madrid to Barcelona, Asturias, and beyond, he is steadily carving out a niche.
The year 2023 marked the inception of Fat Dubs’ production endeavours, marked by the release of three EPs that encapsulate his sonic identity, albeit diverging from the Rominimal style. Undeterred, the artist is set to unveil their first vinyl-only release this year, with another project already in the pipeline.
Catch Fat Dubs behind the decks on the 28th of March at Goya Social Club in Madrid, where his passion for music and infectious beats will undoubtedly captivate the audience.
“From my point of view, I feel my style is elegant with long & smooth blends. I try to push boundaries between weird, ambient, dubby & avant-garde or vanguard sounds”
