Jay Tripwire – My Life With The Machines Vol. 4 (2×12″) [Repeat]

The 4th and closing part of the extended compilation My Life With The Machines produced by Canadian DJ and producer Jay Tripwire and released via Repeat is now available in a 2×12″ vinyl-only package in selected record stores worldwide. Run by Richard Davis aka Junkie Sartre, the label engaged in bringing forward remastered timeless tracks, unreleased gems and fresh cuts from artists like Grant Dell, Eddie Richards, Mark Ambrose, John Howard, Terry Francis, Nathan Coles, Nils Hess and, of course, the label head himself and Jay.

With roots in the era of vinyl-only parties without the luxury of a sync button, Jay Tripwire continues to uphold his legacy to this day, always delivering good vibes around the world. For two decades he toured extensively, performing in more than 200 cities and showcasing his craft behind “the machines”, all while publishing some of his productions with labels like Nordic Trax, Seasons Recordings, Zombie Soundsystem, Fine Funk, Big Chief, Northern Lights, Vibrant Sounds, Deepfunk Records, Conya, Euphoria, Vuew and VRNT, among many others.

Featuring some of his biggest classics such as “Dumbek”, “What Kind Of Voodoo”, “Geometry” and sought-after unreleased Swag tracks, Volume 4 packs a healthy dose of classic uplifting rhythms and textures defined by introspective tech house, deep house and minimal house grooves. A highly recommended release for collectors, selectors and electronic music enthusiasts alike, no doubt!
