If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Here is how you can return your order and receive a refund or a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


You have the right to withdraw from the sale contract with Save or Cancel production srl (the “Vendor” or “”) for any reason and without incurring any penalty within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which you received the product(s) purchased from

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. The right to return is excluded in the case that you acquired personalised goods or sealed objects that, if opened after delivery, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

To exercise your right to a return and refund or exchange, please inform us by writing an e-mail to feeder [at] BEFORE sending your product(s) back. Failure to do so can result in your item(s) being returned to sender and your return not being processed.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account, Stripe or PayPal account, as specified by you in your return request. Please note it is not possible to receive a cash refund, even if you paid by cash on delivery.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank, Stripe or Paypal account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund arrives.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


You can exchange the item(s) in your order for a different size or colour of the same model or other items in the, provided they are available.

You may request to exchange one or more purchased goods within and not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days of the day you receive the products and you may only submit a single replacement request for each product bought.


Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

Romanian customers: To benefit from free shipping of your return and exchange, you must inform us in your return request e-mail and we will arrange a pick-up of your item(s) by Fan Courier, at a time and place indicated by you. If you decide to return products using a courier other than Fan Courier, you will have to pay the return shipping costs and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit.

International customers: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, including any applicable taxes.
