Description
LBWS Cat – round sticker
Ø 8 cm, kiss-cut, plastic
This round sticker features LBWS Cat’s orange feline character wearing sunglasses, set against a stylised landscape composed of waves, sky, and a sun. The simplified background is divided into bold colour fields: blue for the sky, yellow for the sea, and red for the land, directly referencing the colours of the Romanian flag. The relaxed, almost tourist-like pose of the cat contrasts with the strong graphic symbolism of the colour scheme, blending lightness and identity into a single image. As with much of LBWS Cat’s work, the character functions as a stand-in for movement, relocation, and adaptation, here subtly acknowledging the artist’s connection to Romania.
Produced as a kiss-cut plastic sticker, the work is durable and suited for everyday surfaces, extending the artist’s visual language into an accessible, portable format.
