Description
The feeder.ro online gallery expands its graffiti art collection with an outstanding artwork by Aeul. The Rainbow II is painted in 2022, in Romania.
The “Rainbow II” painting depicts the author’s well-known character on a rather unexpected rainbow backdrop, constructed with carefully layered colours. After invading the whole world, Aeul‘s pig explores new realms, searching for other creatures. With a skilled hand and a vast imagination, Aeul can compress a fascinating story on the canvas’ surface using only a few colours and brush strokes.
The artwork, titled “Rainbow”, is a mixed media painting created by Aeul using acrylic paints on a 30 x 25 cm cotton canvas.
The painting is signed on the front. It does not come with an authenticity certificate.
The series consists of distinctive characters made by Aeul, inhabiting different contexts. You are invited to discover more about the other canvases in this series, following the links below.

About AEUL
If the Romanian graffiti community would have a key-symbol, then surely it would be the piggy-dog created by AEUL. Present uptown and downtown, on the streets and on the main road, the piggy established itself a real reputation on the urban scene. Find out more about the elusive artist by reading our feeder insider interview w/ Aeul.
“I don’t think anyone counted them (n.e. the characters), I lost track around 500. Some disappear, some show up…” – AEUL
