Odotte turns 2 w/ Matthieu Faubourg

ODOTTE’s 2nd anniversary is a special one, featuring the young French producer Matthieu Faubourg!

A contemporary kind of Renaissance man, the Lust Definition label owner is an already much loved vinyl-only producer. Growing up in a musical environment, he entered the wonderland of electronic music in 2014, melting in one delicious pothouse, garage, jazzy and disco sounds.

A fascinating newcomer to follow, Matthieu Faubourg is arousing interest with the bouncy, optimistic approach to melancholic sounds, proposing dance and music as therapy for heartbreak. Beautiful productions like “10” ”Please Stay” or “A Long Way” (Jazzy Couscous), sensitive EPs like ”Fair” (STRCTR) or “Scenario” (Pulse Msc) and delish club-oriented edits like “Dj Dove – Illusions” are instant love for Detroit garnished, deep house enthusiasts like us.

ODOTTE’s [odotɛ], synonymous with dancing in Japanese, is celebrating two years of groovy gigs and digs. The three DJs and selectors are brought together by their common affinity for house, garage, techno, funk and lo-fi tracks. Their main objective at the DJ booth is always to empower liberating moves on the dance floor. This anniversary with Matthieu Faubourg as special guest will be no different!
