NyhTo este un eveniment artistic in care se explorează tema dualității, a întunericului, a subconștientului și a realității în care existăm și consumăm.
Proiectul reprezintă lansarea colecției de modă a Ralucăi Irena, creată exclusiv din resturi de piele si uzate de bicicleta.
Concept :
Noi, oamenii suntem prin definiție hedoniști. Fie că recunoaștem sau nu, fiecare dintre noi caută plăcerea ca pe o validare că ceea ce va găsi, mâncare, atingere, sunet, privire, apartenență îi va produce automat o satisfacție.
Toate dorințele noastre se nasc din nevoia fundamentală de a ne conecta cu orice ne face să trăim.
Umbra reprezintă toate aspectele personalității noastre pe care eul le consideră indezirabile și nefolositoare și de aceea sunt alungate în întuneric. În același loc stau ascunse talentele,creativitatea și valorile noastre.
Pentru că doar atunci când încetinim, când lăsam la o parte controlul, când renunțăm să mai impresionăm și ne hotărâm să dăm jos masca din oceanul falsității, putem vedea o realitate goală și adevărată. Fricile, frustrările, durerea, tristețea, furia sunt elemente din viața noastră fără de care nu am putea evolua. Ele știu foarte bine unde e nevoie să apară ca noi să intelegem ceva, să înlăturăm și să transformăm. Sunt caracterele nedorite ale vieții și totuși prin ele obținem tot ce ne dorim !
Pasiunile, obsesiile, comportamentele excesive, viteza, dorința de a avea întotdeauna mai mult, pofta carnală ,fac parte din acest tot unitar uman.
Întuneric, plăcere, moarte și transformare. Carne. Într-un final totul se rezuma la carne, materia în care trăim..a gusta, a mânca, a devora, a simți, a dori, a avea, a consuma, a muri.
Imortalitate prin moarte.
Natura viață-moarte-viață este un ciclu al creșterii, al declinului și al morții, întotdeauna urmat de o nouă naștere, un nou început.

NyhTo is an artistic event that explores the theme of duality, darkness, the subconscious and the reality in which we exist and consume.
The project represents the launch of Raluca Irena fashion collection, created exclusively from scrap leather and used bicycle tires.
Concept :
We, as humans, are by definiton hedonistic. Whether we admit it or not, each one of us seeks pleasure as a validation that what will get, food, a touch, sound, a look, belonging, will automatically produce a satisafaction.
All our desires are born from the fundamental need to connect with whatever makes us alive.
The shadow represents all our personality aspects which our self considers them undesirable and useless so that’s why they’re thrown into darkness. Our values and our talents are also thrown during this process.
Because just when we slow down, when we put the control aside, when we gave up impressing and when we decide to take off the mask from the ocean of fakeness, then we can see an empty and true reality. The fears, the frustrations, the pain, the sadness, the anger, are elements in our life which we could not learn and evolve without. They know very well where it needs to appear for us to understand something, to remove and to transform it. They are the unwanted characters of life, and yet through them we get everything we want!
The passions, the obsessions, the excessive behaviours, the consumptions, the speed, the desire to have more and more, the lust, they are all part from this human whole.
Darkness, pleasure, death and transformation. Flesh. In the end it all resumes to the flesh, the matter in which we live..to taste, to eat, to devour, to feel, to wish, to have, to consume, to die.
The life-death-life nature is a cycle of growth, decline, and death, always followed by a new birth, a new beginning.
