The feeder sound mix series reaches its 450th episode with a special three-hour journey signed by Tunisian artist Root, a producer, live performer, sound engineer and curator whose hypnotic approach to minimal music has been steadily shaping dancefloors and record collections over the last years.
Operating at the intersection of ROminimal, micROhouse and deep hypnotic grooves, Root has built a distinctive sonic identity inspired by movement, subtle complexity and organic rhythm. Growing up surrounded by the repetitive percussion of North Africa, the Tunisian streets and the vast Sahara landscape, he developed an instinctive approach to groove where stripped-back structures meet immersive textures, intricate percussion and ever-evolving atmospheres.
Beyond his productions, Root is also the founder and curator of Saraw, Danzha and Synergy Records, three imprints dedicated to forward-thinking electronic music and carefully crafted vinyl and digital releases, constantly bridging established names with emerging artists from the international underground scene.
