Sounds of Sirius returns with yet another 12″ delight in the form of “Eye Of Deva” EP, a split release featuring Fedo and PRT Stacho, alongside Mihai Pol and Last Pines on remix duties. Exploring perception through deep frequencies spread across four tracks, the title refers to the Sanskrit concepts of The Eye, symbolising seeing the truth, and Deva, representing the divine light and elevated consciousness. Together, they become the vision of the sacred, a higher awareness beyond separation. The mastering is signed by Rob Small Mastering.

Following “The Tenth Transmission“ VA, SOSNZ011 writes yet another immersive chapter in the label’s journey, which also includes timeless titles from artists like Guy From Downstairs, Venda, Swoy, Santi, Giorgio Robles, Etro Hahn, Jay Tripwire, Albert Azar, Denis Kaznacheev, Silat Beksi and curator Herman Saiz.

On Side A we have Fedo‘s “Big Eye” and Mihai Pol on the remix. The original unleashes a trippy combination of steady-paced drumming patterns and warm, evolving background textures that create a tunnelling effect perfect for meditation, while the reinterpretation switches gears and redirects the sound to the dancefloor, imbuing it with more groove and a sublime funky touch.

On the flipside, Moonrover Records’ head chef PRT Stacho lays out a dreamy, minimalist soundscape with “Deva”, as swirling synth chords and alluring pads intertwine with bursting percussion and lush breakdowns, while the British duo Last Pines drop an introspective version, flavoured with their glitched signature sound and veiled vocal inserts that add an extra layer of mystery to the whole.
