Before the year ends, Belgian label Onderons Records welcomes a new name to its catalogue. Active since the early 2000s under various monikers, Jonas returns to his roots with a fresh alias: TWEESTRIJD.

Meaning “inner conflict”, Tweestrijd reflects the constant search for balance between dark and
bright, quantised and loose grooves, gritty and clean sounds. This can be heard in the 3 tracks he
delivers to the label: Vultures drives forward with heavy swing and a repeating synth line, while
Dark Factory shifts into a slower mood with its deep, dreamy pads, perfect for opening slots.
Closing the EP, Caper leans into crunchy, saturated drums and a playful set of subtle synth parts.
