We happily welcome Subtil Records co-founder Martin Glowacz to our mix series. His journey began in the early 2000s, when his passion for music led him to organise parties with his close friend and future Subtil Records co-founder, Nils Weimann. What started as a shared love for sound soon evolved into a deeper pursuit, refining his craft and exploring the full spectrum of electronic music.

Largely self-taught, Martin developed a distinct approach shaped by curiosity, experimentation, and a devotion to analogue warmth. After a decade of growth, he moved to Berlin, where he and Nils founded Subtil Records, a label dedicated to authentic, groove-driven underground music.
In the studio, surrounded by machines and ideas, Martin continues to shape his timeless sound. His releases on 𝙉𝙚𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 and 𝙎𝙪𝙗𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 capture the essence of his journey: deep, precise, and endlessly evolving.
