Our open call for the Romanian Street Art project was a blast! Now, it’s time to discover the winning mural proposals:

We would like to thank once again all participants of the Romanian Street Art open call.
The evaluation and selection of the winning works was carried out between May 10 – May 24, 2025 by an odd jury, and, following the evaluation process, the following works were selected for award and implementation:

Zmaja – “The Bear Express” for the space offered by SF Travel

Zivink for the space offered by the Owners’ Association of the Iancului Avenue, no. 1

Zmogk – “Synesthetic Flow” for the space offered by ROMEXPO

London-based venture Lilas Records announces its 6th vinyl title to arrive soon at selected record stores worldwide, showcasing four original tracks signed by Fedo, a rising name in the Eastern European minimal movement. The 12″ delivers the artist’s sonic philosophy – precision without coldness, groove without compromise – incorporating crisp percussion and rolling basslines that seamlessly blend with rich atmospheres and subtle spatial effects.

premiere: Osvit – Flech LP [CULT.beat]

Ukrainian record label CULT.beat returns with an amazing release, showcasing Osvit‘s debut album “Flech LP”, which includes 11 tracks designed with an inspiring minimalist sound design. Created between 2023 and 2025, the material captures different moods and energies, from faster grooves at 125 BPM to slower movements around 120 BPM and even lower, as the last title dives deep into ambient.

Meet Lala Misosniky. A journey into live performance, sound and beyond

Every so often, an artist emerges with a clear vision and a willingness to explore the experimental edges of sound and performance, using their work to navigate personal and universal themes with depth and intention. Meet Lala Misosniky, who’s been active in both the Romanian and international independent artistic movement since 2008, when she graduated in Theatre and Performing Arts at the National University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest.
