Noha presents True Mirrors EP on Adam’s Bite (Premiere & Interview)
Swiss label Adam’s Bite returns with Noha at the controls delivering “True Mirrors” EP, a collection of four fresh tracks that explore various styles of house and minimal rhythms and textures. The release marks the 17th title in the venture’s catalogue and features Mike Grinser from Manmade Mastering on the mastering and Modulwerk signing the artwork.
Founded in 2020 and curated by Nicolas R. Hagenbach and Adrian Martin aka Martinesque, Adam’s Bite follows a refined artistic direction, merging introspective electronic sounds with a bold, cross-disciplinary approach that transcends the traditional club experience. Among the collaborating artists we find Traumer, Barac, Cristi Cons, Christopher Ledger, Nu Zau, Audio Werner, Red Pig Flower, Vincent Lemieux and Guillaume Coutu-Dumont aka Flabbergast, Iuly.B, Floog, Brizman, Lumieux, Ilario Liburni, Ion Ludwig, Enrica Falqui and Claudio PRC.
Born and raised in Rome, Italy, and now based out of Berlin, Germany, Noha has steadily built a name for himself as a purveyor of raw, intricate underground sounds exploring an array of styles both under his name and as one half of Pathagonia, alongside Alessio Tizzano aka Alex Tea. Owner of Nabuco Records, A Beautiful Place and co-owner of Panick Panick!, he enjoys an extended experience in the international scene as a DJ, producer, label manager and A&R operator. Among the publishers he worked with we find Low To High Records, Second Step, Constant Black, Vis Rev Set, Nilla, Moss Co, Point Of View, Tartouffe, Cabinet, Metereze, Oscillat and Tied, among others.
Following the title track “True Mirrors” which opens the EP with airy atmospheres, bright stab sequences, bouncy basslines and a crisp rhythm section, our featured track “Royal Objects” leans into deeper realms via an amalgamation of processed spoken word vocals, ethereal pad textures, heavily swung percussion patterns and a dynamic evolution.
On the flip, “Ghost Life” is fueled by resonant synth licks, sweeping filtered chords, saturated drums and dubbed out vocal lines while “Over And Over” closes the material with a nod towards the early 2000s era of microhouse courtesy of raw, reduced drums, heavy sub bass tones, oscillating organic percussion and warped synth tones.

feeder.ro: Hi Noha, thank you for talking with us here at feeder.ro. Let’s discuss your new EP “True Mirrors” on the Swiss label Adam’s Bite. For those who haven’t heard it yet, can you describe the release and tell us how it came to life with the label?
Noha: Hello! While living between Rome and NYC last year, during a short stay in Rome, I locked myself in the studio for a little over a week and came up with a solid body of work. When the guys from Adam’s Bite got in touch, the EP was basically already there.
f: You were born and raised in Rome and now reside in Berlin. Could you provide us with a brief background about your roots in Italy and what the move to Berlin has brought you?
Noha: Well, I moved to Berlin because, at the time, I wanted to work as a graphic designer, and Berlin offered many more opportunities. But it wasn’t just that – I already loved music and the world of contemporary art, so it was a mix of wanting to see more and, for sure, also discovering who I was by exploring as much as I could.

f: We can see you’ve developed quite an impressive back catalogue of material, releasing on Raresh’s Metereze, Mandar’s Oscillat, Cab Drivers’ Cabinet and the Yoyaku Tartouffe label, among others. Could you talk us through your journey in producing electronic music leading up to this point, and what’s led to you releasing on so many incredible labels?
Noha: It’s hard to really grasp how much of it was me actively trying to get signed and how much was just a natural flow that brought many opportunities. Sometimes, I still send demos, but often, it’s a mix of chance, timing, and the people I meet that lead to these releases.
I’ve always been very selective about where to release, mostly because I immerse myself entirely in my work and music. So, I only want to collaborate with people who share the same level of respect and commitment toward it.
f: What does the future hold for you after this EP drops?
Noha: I’ll play at Sonar for Archie Hamilton’s MicroHertz party and release an EP on the same label that day! Then I have many more releases coming up, but I’d rather not spoil the surprise.
f: If you could pick one record from your entire catalogue that would be a good starting point for people to hear your music, what would it be?
Noha: It’s probably my very first track ever, called Gypsum. I released it on the first label I created, Nabuco, which was just meant for me to put my first music on vinyl.
f: Can you share with us a record that you’ve found yourself going back to regularly over the years when DJing – something that captures the essence of your style?
Noha: Okay, this is almost an impossible question to answer, BUUUUUUT I’m gonna try. One track I think I’ll always play is Callisto – Never Again.
f: Lastly, can you share something with us outside of music that you’ve been enjoying lately – maybe a book, a place, a film or anything else you’d recommend the world to discover?
Noha: My stillness. It took me a long time to achieve this state of being extremely present and grounded. That’s where I find my inspiration and energy these days.
