After years of audio exploration and shared creativity, Bizarre Trax co-founders B.Love and Oliver.r unveil their much-anticipated Love.r alias with an amazing EP on the ever-vibrant Dias De Campo Records, The Montanejos’ electronic music festival boutique label from Valencia. Titled “Dos Cremaets Por Favor EP”, the record offers two original tracks from the duo on Side A, while the flipside lets each artist shine with a solo cut of their own.

Powered by theBasement Sound collective, Dias De Campo Festival takes place annually in Montanejos, a picturesque town rich in breathtaking landscapes in the province of Castellon. Renowned for its unique blend of music, nature and community spirit, the first edition took place in 2017, marking the beginning of a new cultural event in Spain’s festival scene. From its inception, the gathering offers an immersive experience that brings together a carefully curated lineup of electronic music artists focused on house, techno, minimal and downtempo, with this year’s edition counting 160+ names.

The label was launched in 2023 with Berlin-based artist and half of Punky & The Brain (alongside Paul Lution) Otis at the controls delivering “Dias de D-D-D-D-Dope EP”, followed by timeless vinyl pressings from Jack D, JNJS (Jacobo Saavedra & Jay Nortown), Enzo Leep, Criminal Issues and a 3×12″ Various Artists compilation. The digital counterpart of the venture has so far released five titles featuring O’Malley, Jamaimoi, Natebytheway, Mostly James, N&O, DJ Gamba and The Cap Boy, including another VA.

Brimming with intricate textures, playful grooves and the duo’s unmistakable flair for leftfield dancefloor energy, each track on this record delivers a heady mix of quirky rhythms and off-kilter beats that define Oliver.r and B.Love‘s signature sounds.

Side A is dedicated to the artists’ debut project Love.r dropping two spicy dancefloor tools in the form of “Sumfin Nice” and “Hotline”. A1 stands out with its stripped-down design that incorporates minimal house and electro elements, from punchy drums, overlapped claps and a funky bassline to a hypnotic arpeggio, lush breakdowns, groovy turntable spins and vocal samples that call for dancing. A2 follows with an equally dynamic sound, laying out a mesmerising narrative flavoured by a vibrant, acidic bassline that elegantly intertwines with deep background chords, reverberating effects and a driving beat.

On Side B we first find Oliver.r with “Clap Along Song”, an immersive composition that delivers a strong message through its vocal samples and dubby yet groovy arrangements, while B.Love closes the EP with “Vista Gloriosa”, combining minimal house, funk and downtempo into an introspective sound, perfect for early morning hours on the dancefloor. A must-have for vinyl collectors, selectors and electronic music enthusiasts alike.
