The 4th vinyl-only chapter announced to arrive soon from the Brazilian electronic music powerhouse Fratii.ro features one original cut signed by Romanian artist Ertmi and two remixes, one by Alex Font and label owner Beckhäuser and another from Paul K. Titled “Vom Vom Vom EP”, the record elegantly complements the label’s ongoing vinyl series, which so far enjoys three limited releases, two Various Artists compilations and an EP by Enivrez Vous.

Hailing from Cluj-Napoca, Ertmi is a known figure in the underground community, consistently delivering top-quality microhouse and minimal techno music to the people. In time, he collaborated with labels like Symetric Sound, Purple Sun Records, Tainted Buddah, Slick Records, Oscilatii, Welter, Mödum, Saraw and Arupa Music.

Side A opens with the original version of “Vom Vom Vom”, a playful minimal cut designed with swinging sounds perfect for the dancefloor. The steady-paced drumming patterns smoothly intertwine with the leading vocal layer, funky chords and electric effects while the breathing moments create heat that calls to shake your body.

Following, Alex Font and Beckhäuser switch gears for a more profound vibe where expanding reverberations of the original layers take control and create a mysterious atmosphere characterized by a slow track progression while on the flip, Paul K drops a hypnotic reinterpretation in his distinct style, laying out darker tones and grungy effects.
