Re.Face Limited announces its 14th vinyl release to arrive soon at selected record stores worldwide with Giuliano Lomonte at the controls dropping “Glasshaus EP”. Established by Toguè back in 2016 as a sub-label for Re.Face Records, the series showcased music signed by artists like Re_Named, Prodot, Nektar Agu, Peshka, Vern, Cerec, Los Bastoneros, Costin Rp, Direkt, Imbue and Dorothy’s Dream, adding up to a much larger catalogue if we count all the releases combined, including the ones labelled under Koi Series.

Born in Andria in south Italy and now based in Berlin, Giuliano Lomonte has been drawn by his love for music beyond the beautiful Mediterranean shores, going clubbing around Europe and growing a strong passion for electronic music, particularly deep, tech, hypnotic and extended cuts pressed to vinyl. As a DJ you can regularly find him spinning at clubs like Hoppetosse, Club der Visionaere, Watergate and Tresor as well as at global festivals such as Sunwaves and Mioritmic in Romania, Fabrika in Tunisia and Get Out in Peru.

His love for what he does is evident in his productions as well, being characterized by rolling basslines, progressive patterns and blissful, trippy meanders, which he continues to develop with each release. Among the labels he collaborated with we find Ultrastretch, Sukhumvit, Animae Ltd, Pressure Traxx, Brouqade, Raum…Musik, Inwave, Roche Madame, UVAR, Bread And Butter Recordings, Curtea Veche and Yoyaku. He’s also the owner of Point of View and Attitude Records, where he so far published some of his tracks and EPs from Federico Molinari, Alexis Cabrera, Volkan Akin, Noha, Viceversa, Arapu and Shaggie.

Rumbling through the frequencies, the title track “Glasshaus” takes over Side A, laying out a hypnotic groove powered by shimmering beats, bubbling synths, lush breathing moments and a distorted vocal sample that permeates throughout the whole journey.

On the flip “Opportunity” offers a different sound, diving into a deep atmosphere where the drumming patterns swing with elegance and the reverberating chords spiral into an immersive sonic affair. A meticulously crafted EP with two cuts that smoothly separate night and day.
