Enivrez Vous – Uninvited EP (w. Leanca & Zenk remixes) [Fratii.ro]

After two amazing Various Artists compilations, Fratii.ro announces its third vinyl pressing to arrive soon in a limited number of copies with the Italian duo Enivrez Vous at the controls alongside local artist Leanca and Micro Orbit’s head chef Zenk on remix duties. This adds even more magic to the label’s extended catalogue which also contains numerous digital releases signed by renowned and up-and-coming artists from all over the world.

Federico Mandelli and Albert Hipman aka Enivrez Vous are well-known in the international underground electronic music scene, not only for their releases on Wood Imprint, Otomoji, Bosom Ltd, Tzinah and their own playground Hashplant but also for their steaming live performances and energetic performances behind the decks that always deliver a perfectly balanced sound for the dancefloor.

On Side A we find the title track “Uninvited” spinning into a carousel of low-slung yet uplifting drumming patterns, hypnotic vocal arrangements and twisted textures, smoothly flavoured with enough breakdowns in order to taste all the different layers better. Leanca‘s reconstruction follows up with a stripped-down version that’s equally engaging and inviting, laying out a solid minimal vibe that swings through the frequencies with style.

On the flipside “Hotwitch” continues the journey with a deep and warm atmosphere led by a prominent rhythm infused with eerie background melodies and spacious breathing moments while Zenk‘s remix raises the tempo and delivers a peak time version powered by carefully crafted glitched sounds, groovy percussion and an inspiring reinterpretation of the complementary elements. A must-have record right here, no doubt!
