Hailing from Spain’s sunny shores and vibrant electronic music scene, Chech of Never Is Eternal takes over the decks here at feeder sound in order to provide a proper warm-up session for the upcoming New Year’s Eve party.
With a career that spans more than two decades, Chech is a passionate DJ, producer and cultural manager who runs the well-known record label Never Is Eternal alongside Bazait, as well as his own side venture CH:CH and Fe10 Concept Store in Galicia, which started out as a small audiophile bar that now operates as a record store and online radio platform promoting local artists and surprise guests from all over the world. Committed to the sounds of minimal techno, microhouse, deep house and closely related genres, his music fits perfectly in any space, on any dancefloor, anywhere, at any given time.
Aside from his own playgrounds, Sergio Chech brought forward some of his works via imprints like Zebra Records, Rockets Audio, Stamp Records, Conceptual, Samani, Cue Music and Rayzeh while performing at numerous parties and festivals alongside artists like Peggy Gou, David Gtronic and Alex Font, among many others. In order to end this year on a positive note, he reveals Nómadas, an inspiring concept for underground events that combine electronic music with art, as his second passion revolves around painting and graphic design.
“In this mix we can appreciate fresh sounds as well as essential underground minimal releases. I wanted to show a part of me and for this reason I have followed a line in keeping with my style, introducing two of my productions: one “Side to Side” for Zebra Rec and another, “Réussis”, a track that will come out next year in vinyl format. This one will go out with remixes by Petit Batou, Alffie, as well as another surprise guest.”
