This summer sees inauguration of the newly launched Mallorca Electronic Festival (MEF). The festival will take place on the 3rd of September, amongst the historical settings of a 17th century farmhouse, immersed in the beauty of the island, with the organisers bringing underground sounds to this charming location for more than 15 hours. Spread across open air performances, and intimate after party settings.
Artists on the bill include Felipe Valenzuela, Melisma’s Dani Casarano, Cartulis boss Unai Trotti, DJ Void, Mad Radio Barcelona founder Erlin James amongst several other rising stars and household names in the realms of innovative house and techno. Whilst the stellar selection of artists will steer you through the day, there will also be a vinyl market allowing festival goers to dig through a variety of collections during the festival, with food and drink also provided by local outlets from the island.
The MEF team are aiming to deliver an immersive all round experience during the day and night of September the 3rd, highlighting key players of the underground locally and from abroad, shining a light on well deserved up and coming artists, but simultaneously some names you will undoubtedly be familiar with.
