The infamous Bladehouse Crew comes around with another instalment of their unknown BHO series. 

Four freshly brewed cuts between the bars of Deep and Minimal House are suitable for any situation, no matter if it’s after hours or underground. Tested on floors from Berlin to Copenhagen these tunes have shown enthusiastic reactions from audiences of all types. This record is a must-have for any timeless digger of the 4/4 sounds.

“This vinyl is the third release of our vinyl only label called Bladehouse. We founded it 2 years ago at the beginning of corona (Feb/March 2020). The idea was to create a platform for musicians to release their own stuff on vinyl without dropping the names, as Unknown Artists.

We are very happy to watch this little heart project growing and how the people take it and start to love it. The name came from the image of a wheeling, spinning – “blading” spinner. So that became our logo! Bladehouse represents a genre of danceable, groovy minimal and deep house music. Also, you can find breakbeat influences on our releases. The moment when we saw – that several people and djs flagging their uploaded sets, which go into these directions, with the hashtag #bladehouse – made us happy as fuck. It seems like we created a new genre without creating new stuff. But out of our continuity and straightness, people are going to associate it with your label name. <3

We are a big group of more than 12 people and also going to have some showcases at different clubs and festivals, for example, Südpol Hamburg, Sisyphos Berlin, Station Endlos Halle Saale. The names behind the label are not secret but always the names behind our vinyl-only releases! :)”
