While ASV001 is almost out of stock worldwide, Abstract Sounds announce their second vinyl to arrive soon with two of the most interesting artists in the Italian landscape at the controls, Nerve Maze and Staniz. The producers join forces for a split EP ready to spark the dancefloors with four outstanding tracks, diverse but modern, clean, groovy and beautifully produced. The 12″ will arrive in a limited number of copies pressed on 180gr transparent vinyl along with a code to download the “Modular” pack from the label, making this release an unmissable gem.

After curating the imprint’s first release, Nerve Maze returns with two deep compositions on the A-Side inspired by the ROminimal and micROhouse sound. Both tracks are the right combination of floor fillers and early morning dreamy vibes, laying out a steady-paced dimension that will get your body and mind moving in seconds. “Abstract 6” drops an introspective rhythm elegantly flavoured with highly-modulated textures and effects that create a hypnotic rotation, perfect for the afterhours.

On the B Side, label head Staniz offers up two organic and minimalistic cuts designed with deep house elements, warm pads and liquid arrangements. He also cleverly and subtly dedicates one of the tracks to Italy, its music and its musicians, making this release even more thoughtful and thought through. “Abstract 8” delivers a soothing rhythm powered by a solid swinging bassline, concluding this beautiful package with style, aesthetically and sonically. A must-have for collectors, selectors and producers alike!
