Puls Romania reveals the first pressing to arrive from their freshly founded record label part of the venture featuring Serbian DJ and producer Mladen Stoiljković aka Stoilku at the controls alongside local icon Herck on remix duties. Titled “Questions EP”, the 12″ brings forward three tracks full of character, each having its own flavour and vibe while marking the next chapter in the Romanian’s imprint journey.

Stoilku has been making waves in the scene for quite some time now, delivering inspiring selections and solid productions with labels like Red District, Unfelde and Salomon Records while elegantly managing Black Magic Groove and Octophonic, which published artists like Kirik, Priku, Vern, Marko Nastic, Goya and Zlatnichi. This material adds extra spice to his discography, so let’s dive in with the volume up!

Side A properly introduces the audience to a steady-paced narrative which begins with the title track “Questions”, a bass-heavy composition focused on immersive piano melodies, ethereal vocals and warm variations. Following, Herck‘s distinct reinterpretation transforms the original into a serious dark groover that will have you moving unconsciously in an instant. On the flipside, the funky vibes and swinging rhythm of “Probably” as well as the uptempo punch and shuffling drumming patterns of “Marfijevi Zakoni” make this record a perfect addition to anyone’s collection.
