Swiss artist Aron brings forward his second Dinghy EP, a solid four-tracker designed with amazing vibes that elegantly blend minimal, deep tech and ambient sounds, aimed for the dancefloor as well as for introspective listening moments. Early support arrives from Priku, Raresh, Barac, r.hitect, Remus, Romar and NTFO. The artwork is signed by Zwtsr (Jesse Wensing), mastering by Mike Grinser (Berlin) and the record arrives exclusively on vinyl in a limited number of copies, so make sure you grab yours in time.

A resident at the Hidden in Solothurn, Aron has been spinning the decks for quite some time now, always delivering outstanding energetic selections with deep flavours and inspiring narratives. He also released some of his own productions with labels like Aku, Bleu Ciel, Aimed and Sintope Vinyl Series, presenting a distinct groovy take on modern electronic music to the international underground movement. This EP makes no exception!

Side A kicks in with “Frikk”, a hypnotic dancefloor weapon ready to rumble through the frequencies. The energetic drumming patterns and the solid bassline smoothly combine with the inviting whispered vocals into a tunnelling delight perfect for peak-time moments at any party. “Trigger” follows with a steady-paced rhythm flavoured with electric synth sweeps, spacious breakdowns and swinging arrangements from the very first second to the last.

On Side B we first find “The Witcher”, an equally inspiring piece where the highly modulated vocals fall into focus as the story twists and turn around them into a stomping affair. Closing the wax, the dreamy ambient textures of “Tomorrow will be better” reveal a truly mesmerising journey, as the ever-evolving chords and bright pads spiral into an ethereal atmosphere perfect for relaxation. A highly recommended record right here for collectors and selectors alike!
