Brazilian label Namata Records completes 01 year and presents a special VA

A symbiosis between Minimal and Deep House

It is no exaggeration to say that the Brazilian electronic music scene has made a quantum leap in the last five years. In addition to big names and emerging talents, music labels have performed an indispensable work for this growth to happen, either to give opportunity to artists, as to create a cultural exchange.

Namata Records is one such case. Completing a year of life, the label led by Gabriel Evoke – well-known artist on the local scene, has performed a very interesting work. A cutting-edge musical curation with consistency in its releases that put it in the spotlight quickly.

To celebrate the great performance, the label boss has summoned some high-calibre names to sign a special VA. Between Minimal and Deep House, Alex Gomez, Aninha, DEDS, Fran Bortolossi, Gabriel Evoke, Gabss, John Deluxe & Schlafmutze, Leo Janeiro, Lui Danzi, Seed Selector and Stanccione set the tone for an elevated and intelligent journey within these aesthetics.

Between advanced minimalism and a deep full of textures, there is enough insertion of elements which transforms the “details” in high point, for the wit of its creators. A beautiful work that strongly represents the main characteristics of Namata’s identity.
