Italian record label Lasublim announces its first pressing to arrive soon in the form of an amazing Various Artists compilation that features four solid minimal tracks signed by Root & Roxana, R!se, Third Child & Bauch and Greenn. Titled “Warm Visions Vol. 1”, the wax adds even more magic to the imprint’s catalogue which includes two previous digital releases while it also elegantly complements the team’s ongoing podcast series. The mastering was made by Tripmastaz (TripMastering) and the artwork is signed by Pax.

Lasublim Records was recently founded by R!se and Bauch starting from the idea to bring forward an immersive visual and auditory experience focused on minimal, microhouse and beyond. Sharing the same vision and passion, the artists present on this VA sure deliver the vibes, dropping steaming steady-paced rhythms and textures perfect for the dancefloor. Side A opens with “Like You Are” which captures Tunisian artist Root and Romanian emerging DJ and producer Roxana teaming up for a powerful stripped-down journey flavoured with eerie atmospheres, twisted effects and spacious breakdowns. The subtle warm layers and the heavily modulated vocals add an extra groove to the flow, which slowly transforms into a hypnotic and seductive affair. The swing is continued by R!se with “La Belle Valerie”, a pure microsound powered by wobbling tones, quirky bleeping, spiralling glitch work and an entrancing narrative.

On the flipside we first find yet another inspiring collaboration between Third Child of Playful Science and Bauch titled “Acidati”. Set at 122 bpm, this cut spins slowly but surely into a tunnelling effect, dropping fragmented percussive layers, otherworldly background soundscapes and trippy variations. Closing, “Aamon’s Tale” by Canadian minimal prodigy and owner of Minimadelic Records, Greenn, reveals an intricate odyssey built with broken beats, dark tones, haunting pads and vocal samples, best fitted for a dimly lighted dancefloor.
