Rowle‘s official sublabel Abduction returns with its fourth vinyl-only pressing in the form of a Various Artists compilation which showcases amazing minimal-infused sounds by userUNKNWN & Soyro, Bucurie, Rares Romanov and Cerec. Early support comes from artists like Sepp, Viceversa, Giuliano Lomonte, Nu Zau, Raresh, Petre Inspirescu, Mihai Pol, Lizz, Cosmjn, Barac and others.

Created to promote new talents from the minimal scene, Abduction set sails in 2019 with two VAs which featured producers like ADMNTi, Kepler, Alessio Viggiano and Fabrizio Maurizi, while in May 2020 Direkt was the one to deliver the imprint’s third material. This record adds even more magic to the label’s discographic history, bringing forward a polished electronic sound, perfect for any dancefloor or silent inner journeys. Let’s dive in the wax and explore the tracks in more detail:

Side A opens with “Signum Proxima”, a stellar composition that sees userUNKNWN collaborating with Soyro in order to deliver an uplifting progressive journey designed with bright melodies, entrancing synth work and a steady-paced rhythm that leaves enough room for the other layers to twist and turn into spiralling sound dimensions and lush breakdowns. Following, we find “Time For Space” signed by Bucurie, a breakbeat-infused cut that drops a relentless energetic feeling as well as a deep and mysterious overall vibe that will make your mind drift in uncharted territories.

Side B features “Rush Hour” by Rares Romanov, a driving stripped-down rhythm that focuses on intricate and subtle variations of the percussive core while Cerec‘s “Pulmotor” closes the 12″ with his deep and dubby signature sound that sends a warm wobbling reverberation through the speakers.
