Time to set your mood for the weekend! Get energised with this week’s episode of the feeder sound podcast series with Shimammo at the controls delivering a taste of his own productions. Enjoy the ride!
Based in Belgrade, Serbia, Marko Antonijevic aka Shimammo has slowly built a name for himself throughout time, always putting out amazing productions and engaging selections at various parties and festivals in his own country as well as in Montenegro and Croatia. He also used aliases like Mark Antoine or Manton in order to deliver some of his works to the international scene, gaining support from many established and rising artists alike. Among the labels he collaborated with we find Cyclic Records, Oui Oui, Daze and Brosh.
Marko also dropped music through his digital playground Not Allowed and the vinyl-only venture Red District, where he invited artists like CVTKVC, Zlatnichi, Chiodan, Primarie, Mikhu, Peter Portman, Stoilku and Bryz to participate with tracks on the two Various Artists compilations released so far. We’re sure that more surprises will be announced in the near future, so stay tuned to his online channels!
feeder sound 272 mixed by Shimammo focuses on his own creations, revealing a musical landscape illustrated by a hypnotic, deep and punchy minimal sound. The rhythmic and percussive elements are carefully blended with bright and melodic sequences, creating an organic and dynamic journey into the artist’s inner world. To consume without moderation!
As you already know by now, our passion for the modern aspects of electronic music determined us to publish two vinyl-only EPs signed by Dragutesku and Piktor. Learn more about the feeder sound upcoming and past 12” releases here.
