Stay home and colour the works of your favourite artists

We asked the artist friends and our collaborators to contribute a sketch to an article with colouring pages for the readers of feeder.ro, which could become a book in better times. We are grateful for the drawings received so quickly and we are pleased to publish the sketches of some of the most respected graffiti writers, illustrators, street artists, painters, designers and graphic designers in the country. Let the pencil or the brush guide you through concentration and you may feel that the anxiety of the last period will be reduced, at least a little. Art is increasingly used in psychological therapy, and in a study entitled “Can Coloring Mandalas Reduce Anxiety?” published in 2005 by the Journal of the American Art Therapy Association, you may see that colouring mandala or other forms have been associated with a reduction in anxiety compared to free-hand drawing and colouring.
