feeder workshops - editorial guidelines

Here you can find music & video recommendations together with an online workshop on feeder.ro

Since the entire cultural activity is suspended until an unknown date, we can hardly do our job, which is to feed you with all the fresh and interesting news from the alternative nation. We‘ve asked friends, partners, promoters, artists, curators to share their view on the upcoming period and the impact this situation has on their activity; here you can read their answers: Participatory article.

What we understand so far is that a lot of brands had to change the way they are doing their businesses, furthermore a lot of artists, promoters, curators and labels had to cancel the upcoming events, while a part of the venue owners even had to shut down their activities while trying to transfer a part of their activity online, be it through articles, live streams or special sales.

The internet, now more than ever, seems like a good way to communicate, interact and cooperate with each other while educating ourselves and discovering info about new or favourite subjects.

Until we will hear good news, you have to stay safe and stay indoors. To make the time spent in quarantine as interesting as possible, we recommend a few things you can do on feeder.ro

feeder workshops editorial guidelines – how to self-publish

The feeder workshops project aims to become an online debut and self-publishing platform for young artists, designers, architects, illustrators, graphic artists, and musicians and to continue discovering, promoting and connecting local talent with international audiences, tended by the online feeder.ro platform for 16 years. This project intends to increase the appreciation of young people for Romanian art, design, and music, as well as to establish real connections by investigating possible multidisciplinary interactions. Artistic activity stimulates innovation and new patterns of thinking. Often functioning as a collective memory for communities, art is a reservoir of creative ideas for future generations.
