Time to engage in a musical journey designed for the senses by local artist Teluric, our guest for this week’s episode of the feeder sound podcast series.

Mihai Mihalcea aka Teluric is a well-known DJ and producer with almost four years of intense activity in the local and international electronic dance music scene. He left Bucharest a while back, relocating to a smaller town somewhere in Romania, a place where he could be more relaxed and dedicate himself to digging and making music. This proved to be a very good choice as his selections and releases deliver an immersive experience and an engaging vibration.

Teluric made his solo debut in 2016 with “Language Through Waves” on Polen, followed by “Magnetic Forest EP” on Cakeman Records in the same year. He also worked with Rackmizar, Yoyaku, Joule Imprint and Caph while he signed some amazing remixes for Berg Audio, Ada Kaleh Romania, Floorpiece and Rare Gems, to name a few. Under the Glueped alias alongside Cristi Tudorache aka Melodie, he dispatched two EPs, one with Bleu Ciel in 2015 and one with Vade Mecum in 2017. This year, his first full-length material “Signals From The Moon” was published by the Belgian record label Eating Records and his participation on Honne Music‘s next VA was recently confirmed. Mihai’s recent adventures as a selector include gigs in Romania, Germany, France and Switzerland, with more soon to be announced for the upcoming year.

feeder sound 237 mixed by Teluric starts on a relaxed note and slowly builds momentum, going through various shades of minimalistic house and techno rhythms. Flavoured with deep cuts as well as with dynamic moments, the smooth transitions provide an elegant balance throughout the set, with the selection exploring eclectic and alluring sound dimensions. Enjoy!
