Epizode Festival

In a very short space of time, this underground gathering has become a firm favourite with those who know. It offers world-class international names who play slick house and minimal, as well as plenty of local stars. The setting is the blissful white sand beaches of Phu Quoc Island and it plays out under a warm sun or gorgeous sunsets with art installations and sculptures scattered around the paradise-like site. Ricardo Villalobos, Apollonia, Craig Richards, Rhadoo, Red Axes and tens more all play form December 27, 2019 – January 7, 2020.


Hanoi Old Quarter

This historic capital city is a mix of medieval yet modern styling and is a bustling metropolis with plenty of rich traditions. Street vendors, spices, Asian food and the odd animal all make the streets vibrant and vital mixes of colours and culture that are a feast for the eyes.


The Cuisines 

The food in Vietnam is next level. There are street kitchens, high-end eateries and everything in between and fried vegetables, grilled meat skewer, baguette, soup or wok dishes are all very popular and never less than delicious. Sweet coffee is also a local delicacy well worth trying.


The Countryside

One of the iconic images of Vietnam is the endless site of local working out in fields in traditional pointed hats to protect them from the hot sun. This is the real, non-tourist side of Vietnam and places like Son Trach, a small village in the Phong Nha-Ke Bang national park are great places to go.


Ho Chi Minh City

This is a super westernised and modern city with all the chains you expect in any big city in Europe. It also has a busy financial district and great nightlife offering with one club. Apocalypse Now, captains on the famous movie with an immersive club hosting late-night dances. Cocktails on roofers are also popular here.
