Bearface drops the sixth title on his Beartone Records, titled “Outers EP”, featuring four fresh cuts designed for the dancefloor. Flavoured with spicy house-infused ingredients, the EP delivers an amazing vibe carefully crafted by the artist, just like we’re accustomed to.

Born in Bristol and now based in London, he’s a well-known presence in the electronic music scene, with his works brought forward by labels like Exploited Ghetto, Stealth, Defected Records and Vendetta. In 2013 he establishes Beartone and delivers top-notch productions over the years, with many globally renowned artists showing support, like Hector Romero, Danny Tenaglia, Todd Edwards, James Zabiela and Groove Armada among those. He also collaborated with Max Mistry under the Bana Kuba alias, releasing classic cuts like “Bare Brass” and “Bombassa”.

Recently, he’s been focused on his own playground, with “San Jose“, “Sista” and “Fade” EPs enjoying the fingerprint of his unique blend of styles used in the production. Electric, deep yet engaging, techy and exotic, the music he makes will make you move for sure. An eerie atmospheric introduces us to a dynamic percussive arrangement, where deft little hi-hats and drum fills smoothly combine with a wobbling bassline. The background spins into a hypnotic pattern and the cut builds tension while revealing bright warped Indian vocal singing samples. A real groover right here!

“Outers EP” kicks-in with the title track, packing rugged basslines, glitched sequences and twisted motifs, while de B-Side of the record is more melodic and has a funky feeling. “Milenial” gets down and dirty, with kinetic kick drums and rasping synths sending some real crisp acidic vibes while “Cause” unfolds a growling baseline coloured by an uplifting electric rhythm, bubbly textures and a dry, catchy filtered voice.
