It’s time to feed your hunger and curiosity for alternative music and art with a new media digital art project! As you probably know, for the past five years, every Friday, we invite you to listen to a new episode of feeder sound podcasts. This summer, we expand the multidisciplinary dimension of the project, adding a visual component. Each feeder sound LIVE 🔴 streaming video will be a new and completely different experience. You can explore the universe of two artists from various fields, working side by side and complementing each other’s work.

Once a month, starting Wednesday 24th of July and ending Saturday 19th of October 2019, you can connect with your favourite artists and be part of the feeder.ro story.

ADA KALEH (dj set)

With an extensive discography that enjoys a distinct sound, Ada Kaleh‘s compositions explore the world of techno from organic and minimalistic soundscapes to other-worldly rhythms. Aside from his personal imprint, Ada Kaleh Romania, throughout the years, he released with The Rabbit Hole Records, UVAR and the legendary R&S Records.

On several occasions, we invited Ada Kaleh to play his deep hypnotical productions. In 2014 he recorded a special podcast for feeder sound episode 07, containing only his productions. Later that year we invited him at feeder insider launch party @ Eden, in Bucharest, where he took the dance floor on a meditative state adding a new layer and different perspective to the local scene. After a few years, we had the pleasure to hear his music in public space, on Constantin Mille street, in front of Teatrul de vară Capitol.

In the feeder insider extended interview, Ada Kaleh told us that he detunes his music from the standard tuning of 440Hz to 432Hz, thus giving a warmer feeling to the sounds and adding a hypnotic dimension to the rhythms. When he’s not spending quality time with his beloved cats, Ada Kaleh is following the shamanic path, spinning at gigs or in the studio, diving into sequencers, synths and modulation.

KSELEQOQYNQYSHY (live painting)

KSELEQOQYNQYSHY (Casele cu Ochi Închiși / Houses with Eyes Closed) is a visual narrator, living and working in Bucharest. KSELEQOQYNQYSHY is an active artist that manifests through murals in public spaces and personal exhibitions in Bucharest and Varna. In 2018 he was one of the winners of Un-hidden Bucharest Open Call, creating an outstanding mural that covers two walls and more than 30 m full of stories, dragons, characters and thousands of small details. This mural is graciously hosted by the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, University of Bucharest, Bd. Schitu Măgureanu, nr. 9. KSELEQOQYNQYSHYcollaborated with SUNSHINERS & TUS for a mural Budapest. He participated at Street Delivery Festival Bucharest in 2018 & 2019 with two impressive murals.

In the Un-hidden Bucharest interview, KSELEQOQYNQYSHY invites us to perceive the city we live in and the world around us from a new perspective.

Recently we invited KSELEQOQYNQYSHY together with Pisica Pătrată, Maria Bălan, John Dot S to exhibit small miniatures of their artistic interventions made during the Un-hidden Bucharest street art project. This exhibition was selected in the Multidisciplinary section of the Romanian Design Week 2019, where it showcased, alongside the printed map, stickers and postcards.

Pregătește-te pentru al treilea episod al serialului feeder sound LIVE streaming, o experiență imersivă în universul muzical al lui Ada Kaleh, ilustrată și interpretată de Kseleqoqynqyshy pe o pânză de 2×1,5m.

Este timpul să îți hrănești foamea și curiozitatea pentru muzică și artă alternativă cu un nou proiect de artă digitală / noile media! După cum probabil știi, în ultimii cinci ani, în fiecare vineri, te invităm să asculți un nou episod de feeder sound podcasts. În această vară, extindem dimensiunea multidisciplinară a proiectului, adăugând o componentă vizuală. Fiecare video LIVE-stream feeder sound va fi o experiență nouă și complet diferită. Vei avea șansa de a explora universul a doi artiști din domenii diferite, care lucrează unul lângă celălalt și care își completează lucrările reciproc.

O dată pe lună, începând cu miercuri, 24 iulie și terminând sâmbătă, 19 octombrie 2019, te poți conecta cu artiștii preferați și poți face parte din povestea feeder.ro.

ADA KALEH (dj set)

Cu o discografie vastă care se bucură de un sunet distinct, compozițiile lui Ada Kaleh explorează lumea techno-ului, de la peisaje sonore organice și minimaliste, la alte ritmuri atemporale desprinse din alt univers. Foarte riguros și organizat Ada Kaleh Romania își lansează producțiile la propriul label, însă de-a lungul anilor, a scos piese împreună cu The Rabbit Hole Records, UVAR și legendarul R&S Records.

Cu diferite ocazii l-am invitat pe Ada Kaleh să ne conducă în universul său profund și hipnotice. În 2014 a înregistrat un podcast special pentru episodul 7 din seria feeder sound, care conține doar producțiile sale. Mai târziu în acel an, l-am invitat la petrecerea de lansare feeder insider launch party @ Eden, în București, unde a a surprins ascultătorii de pe ringul de dans într-o stare meditativă adăugând un nou strat și o perspectivă diferită scenei locale. După câțiva ani, am avut plăcerea să îi auzim muzica în spațiul public, pe strada Constantin Mille, în fața Teatrul de vară Capitol.

În interviul extins feeder insider, Ada Kaleh ne-a spus că își detune-ază muzica de la standardul de 440Hz la 432Hz, dând astfel o senzație mai caldă sunetelor și adăugând o dimensiune hipnotică ritmurilor. Când nu petrece timp cu pisicile, Ada Kaleh urmărește calea șamanică, pune muzică la petrecer sau este în studio, scufundându-se în sequencers, sintetizatoare și modulare.

KSELEQOQYNQYSHY (live painting)

În interviul Un-hidden București, KSELEQOQYNQYSHY ne invită să percepem orașul în care trăim și lumea din jurul nostru dintr-o perspectivă nouă.

Recent, l-am invitat KSELEQOQYNQYSHY împreună cu Pisica Pătrată, Maria Bălan și John Dot S să expună machetele intervențiilor artistice realizate în cadrul proiectului de artă stradală Un-hidden Bucharest. Expoziția a fost selectată în secțiunea Multidisciplinară din cadrul Romanian Design Week 2019.
