As a new heatwave brings even more degrees to the weather outside, we invite you to cool off with this week’s episode of the feeder sound podcast series with Los Bastoneros at the controls!

Emanuel Cristea, Emmanuel Deaconu and András Schmidt aka Los Bastoneros are on the rise, with fresh materials coming out on well-known labels as well as with more and more gigs popping on their calendar. Formed in August 2017 driven by a common passion for electronic music, the trio delivers a distinct sound infused with exotic motifs, uplifting rhythms, deep atmospheres and a lot of feelings.

Recently they made their official debut on wax with the track “La Joaca” dispatched on Fake Society’s “A Glimpse Beyond” Various Artists compilation, only to shortly follow with “Perspectives EP” on local label EverydayParadise. They also founded the local events platform Kapture, which earlier this year stepped-up the game and became a label, with Mihai Pol dropping “May I Have This Dance EP” for the first release in the catalogue. The groovy sound of the three producers and selectors is heard across dancefloors worldwide while the Romanian party-goers have seen them perform alongside Denis Kaznacheev, Camelia, Cem Ozden, Herodot, Prichindel, Lumieux and Vlad Bretan, to name only a few.

feeder sound 226 mixed by Los Bastoneros opens to an organic dimension of deep house rhythms, techy cuts and progressive compositions. There’s a bright harmonic feeling embedded in the set, as there’s a melodic vibration spread from track to track throughout the selection. The music flows like a summer breeze, spacious enough to become immersive and uplifting enough to make one start moving his body. 🔊
