The young and rising talent Stefan Paraschivescu aka Paradoxal comes from Bucharest and sure knows how to deliver the goods. His passion for house music made him elegantly blend deep and micro flavours in his selections and productions while steadily building a name for himself. For this EP he joins forces with label-head Primarie for the remix and drops three original cuts ready to sweep the dancefloors worldwide. Titled “Prey At Night EP”, the release marks number 111 in Tzinah‘s catalogue of amazing gems, well-known for its outstanding works coming from the likes of Sebastian Eric, Mihai Pol, Bryz, Herck, Adrianho, Faster, Vlf and Olivian Nour, to name only a fraction of the contributing artists. Going deeper than the original, Primarie works his magic on this one starting with taking the core layers and adding various melodic arrangements, evolving modulated vocal samples and additional percussive elements. In the end, we get a dreamy composition, packed with energy and very engaging rhythms.

The original take, as well as the other two cuts “Mysterious Stake” and “Prey At Night” reveal a reverberating microhouse sound flavoured with deep pads and textures, while the percussion and the bassline bring forward a subtle funky vibration. Designed with mesmerising minimalistic patterns, the release already enjoys support from the likes of Vinyl Speed Adjust, Mountain People, Suolo, Daniel Broesecke, Vincent Casanova, Ted Amber and many others.
