This week’s episode of feeder sound is delivered by Platida, an enigmatic DJ and record collector

Platida is an enigmatic emergent artist from Romania that grew up in Greece. She now lives and works in Berlin, where she explores her passion for art, photography and music. Platida is a shy person, so in most of the cases, she will let the music talk for her.

After hard digging, we found out that she is around the electronic scene since 2008, when she discovered house music at SW 3 and immediately fell in love with it. A few years of partying later, she found herself collecting records and decides to start to learn how to mix them. In time, she becomes an avid vinyl collector and continues to explore various styles and techniques. You could say it was natural for her to follow the path of becoming a DJ. You heard her sets in Bucharest at Control Club, in Cluj at Gazette, at ASCEND in Hannover, alongside Vlad Caia and Melodie, and soon we can listen to her playing at 6 [deneuitat]. We‘ll keep a close eye on her social media waiting for her secret productions to come out from the studio and to learn more about her plans for the future.

In the meantime, with great joy, we present this week’s episode of feeder sound, #222 mixed by Platida.

“Dandy frisky sounds which hopefully will make you hug a tree” – Platida

Recorded at an outdoor party in the forests held near Berlin, the feeder sound 222 mixed by Platida provides a smoothly balanced selection to properly get you started for the upcoming weekend. From deep rhythms to engaging cuts, the recording will make you forget about what you’re doing and start moving your body. Adjust the volume and enjoy! ✨
