You may have read our interviews with them, seen them at work or met them at our workshops.

You now have the chance to (re)discover their pieces in your favourite spot in the city. The Un-hidden Bucharest II map gathers their creations and is available to inspire and reconnect you to the city vibe in 47 must-visit places.

Dizainăr.ro is the Romanian design platform that gathers under the same umbrella the best in product design. Dizainăr offers a wide range of design products and services, thus becoming a hub, a connection between the creator, the manufacturer and the end user.
The Dizainăr concept store opened its doors in December 2012, and since then, Dizainăr has consistently promoted Romanian design, both in the country and abroad. The complete portfolio of the store comprises more than 600 creations by Romanian designers, from furniture, lighting fixtures, clocks or graphics, to personal accessories, decorations, toys or glass and ceramics items.

The alternative cultural route promotes urban exploration, accesses collective memory and reveals, layer by layer, the multi-cultural and diverse local history, increasing feelings of belonging and affection for the city.

The Un-hidden Bucharest map and CAPITOL #03 booklet will be presented at the central exhibition of Romanian Design Week – Multidisciplinary and Graphic Design categories – from May 17th to 26th, 2019, in the BCR building from the University Square, Bucharest. Details here.

Also, during the Creative Quarter Design Festival, the first major festival of the Creative Quarter, there will be two Un-hidden Bucharest street art tours, on May 18th (5-7 pm) and May 25th (5-7 pm), with the starting point on 13 Constantin Mille St., in the Creative Quarter. Un-hidden Bucharest is an urban regeneration programme conceived as a series of artistic interventions designed for the public space, co-created with the community, aiming at humanizing Bucharest and promoting its understanding and exploration through art.

The Un-hidden Bucharest street art project is organized by Save or Cancel, through feeder.ro and is co-funded by AFCN. The program does not necessarily represent the position of the National Cultural Fund Administration.
