After having Sanyi Egyed aka Schime as a guest on the feeder sound series, it is time now to exclusively feature “Ambient”, one of his tracks from the upcoming “Bad Dream EP”. This vinyl-only release published by Simple Things Records follows “Love Fragrance EP” dispatched in digital format earlier this year by the same record label.

Schime‘s music incorporates a variety of styles and subgenres of electronic dance music, with a focus on dub techno, deep tech and minimal. His works have been released by imprints like Vandalism Musique Group, Merger Music, Welter Records, Savvy Records, Whoyostro LTD and many others. As a producer and DJ, he always spices-up his rhythms with amazing atmospheric textures and moments, inspired by the sounds of nature.

Like the title of the track implies, “Ambient” is designed to deliver a relaxed state of mind. This dubby cut is built around a steady beat flavoured with long pads and deep background layers, to which a subtle grainy effect is added. Reverberating percussion elements also come into focus, creating an organic soundtrack for one’s emotions.
