Let’s dive into a deep ocean of tech rhythms with this week’s feeder sound! Mixed by ARiS, podcast number 181 delivers strong and groovy minimal.
ARiS was born in Patras, Greece, and discovered the electronic music of the 90’s when he was 11 years old. This fired his passion for music and made him explore the local underground house and techno scenes. He starts playing at small parties in 2004, after moving to central Italy. In time his passion develops into residencies at venues like Oniremac, Plush, Club Gallery, Caffe Concerto, Muchmore Club and 300monkeys, to name a few. Over the past 15 years, you could have caught him mixing at various party clubs across Italy and the Greek Islands.
Lately, he’s been focusing on providing a groove for the private after parties in central Italy with PlayON, a group of people sharing their passion for minimal, tech house and techno music. He’s also a member of Vinyl Spin Division (VSD), a community of vinyl-only DJs. His style showcases what it means to have a true love for the art of mixing records as his selections flow with elegance.
“Hello feeders, I’m glad to present you my podcast for feeder.ro. A blend of deep, minimal and micro house tracks. All together taking you on a trip. Enjoy it!” – ARiS
feeder sound 181 mixed by ARiS delivers pumping vibrations as the selection incorporates strong tracks from the realm of minimalistic deep tech music. Switching between pulsating percussions and resonant 4/4 beats, the background textures transform from micropatterns to groovy constructions. The uplifting atmosphere of the mix is sustained by the carefully selected tracks and the versatility that ARiS exhibits.
