Crihan – Fabulistul EP out on Catren in August

Vinyl only – Silky and smooth like a fox, Crihan makes his way through on Catren‘s third release with “Fabulistul“. Eerily creeping through, “Fuse si se duse” tells a tale of fleeting forest creatures roaming at night with a classical percussion driven tool that hits just the rights spots for warming up the dancefloor with bouts of shy melodies and a beautifuly constructed drum track. Sweet and simple, just like we like it.

On the flip side, “Corbul si vulpea” moves things further into groovier waters with a bassline that pulls you deep into the track’s inner workings with delayed dub stabs, haunting melodies and chilling vocals coming in from the woodwork.
