With just one (meaningful) release per year, Naural finds itself in a restless search for sounds that affect us differently than all that we’ve heard so far. Its 7th wax is introducing talented Einzelkind with “The Hoal”, featuring one track on each side.
Arno Völker aka Einzelkind is a house/techno producer based in Frankfurt, Germany. He is also the owner and A&R of La Peña and Pressure Traxx record labels. Regardless if he’s behind the decks of Europe’s finest venues such as Fabric, Space Ibiza, Panorama Bar or Watergate or producing first-class beats for premium musical outlets like White, Infuse, Playhouse, Cocoon or his own imprints, he proves that style, class and musical flavor are the three main ingredients needed to set any dancefloor ablaze.
“The Hoal” distinguishes itself through a thrilling array of fractured vocals and dark whispers building suspense, while punchy percussion and the rolling basslines add a delirious narrative, making this record a subtle killer.
On the flipside, “Bad Wire”, with engaging shifts and an original human touch, unfolds as an elegant minimalistic rhythm that features vocals as a guide back toward something resembling reality. A contemporary piece for revitalising any set at any hour.
