Old Boy – Tracer EP
This September Tremors will release the Tracer EP from Old Boy – a 4 track EP of glitchy, hypnotic dance grooves and an uptempo Detroit-techno inspired remix from Tremors resident Arctor.
Tracer is the latest work by Glasgow based producer Old Boy, real name; Andrew Langfield who’s previous releases, under the moniker Wireman featured on labels such as Prime numbers and Inner Surface Music. The title track of his debut EP “Armour” was remixed by Berlin house/techno legend Move D and featured alongside tracks by Actress and Be.
Since 2015 he has been producing dark, off kilter techno as one half of performance duo/label Unknown Entity but its under this new moniker we find for us some of Langfields best work. Don’t sleep on this one.
