Define The Relationship is an edits project by Magda and Nyma, a homage to the past, present and future as they like to call it in which the two artists bring back to life old tunes and early influences. They reinterpretated songs by Chaka Khan, LL Cool J, Jody Watley and Joy Division.
For their latest release, they revive four different tracks from four different albums by the Swiss electronic duo of Yello. For all the young ones out there, listening to 80s electronic music might not be top of their priorities but Magda and Nyma bring a fresh approach to these four classic tunes. The series really is a valuable music history lesson.
